Initial and final cleaning, bed and bathroom linen, all consumptions of electricity-water-gas for cooking, TV, hairdryer and courtesy kit in the bathroom.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY

THE RESERVATION REQUIRES AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 20% OF TOTAL AMOUNT SHOWN. VISA and MASTER CARD are admitted on the secure payment system.
NOTE: is possible to make the advance payment by Bank transfer. Villa e Fattoria di Radi Bank account details are shown below.
THE BALANCE (80%) WILL BE PAID ON ARRIVAL WITH CREDIT CARD OR CASH.
NOT REFUNDABLE RATE: in case of not refundable rate, the total amount is charged on the credit card at booking time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION LESS THAN 31 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE THE ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL BE RETAINED. IN CASE OF CHANGE OR NO SHOW WILL BE TAKEN THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.
In case of non-refundable rate, the cancellation involves the payment of the entire stay.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The deposit of 150,00 euro, to be paid at the arrival, will be returned to guests when the apartment is checked.
