PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Advance payment: when the reservation is made an advance payment, 30% of the total amount, is requested, that guests should pay via bank transfer.

Settlement: the remaining 70% should be paid upon arrival CASH or using CREDIT CARD.

Deposit: The deposit of 150.00 Euro will be returned to guests when the apartment is checked.

Important: Reservation is confirmed when the bank transfer is made or when we will receive by fax (+39 0577 373276) a copy of your bank transfer request.

Cancellation: The cancellation of the reservation must be forwarded to us by fax or e mail. In case of cancellation, the guests will pay the following costs: 30% of the total amount if cancellation is made before the 31st day from the check in date; 100% of the total amount via bank transfer from the 31st day to the check in date. If guests do not arrive before 12pm of the day after the scheduled arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the total amount will be charged.
